After you've got access to the customer portal, The management system is yours to use within the subscription period. Refunds aren't typically offered due to the digital nature of the product. You can upgrade your subscription by going to your account dashboard and selecting the "Subscriptions" tab. From there, you can view and manage your current subscription and upgrade to a higher plan.
To cancel your subscription, go to your account dashboard, select the "Subscriptions" tab, and click on the "Cancel Subscription" button. Please note that your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
You can update your billing information by going to your account dashboard and selecting the "Billing" tab. From there, you can update your payment method and billing details.
